Sally launched Palace Gate Corporation, based in Evanston, IL, in 2006 and currently serves as President & Owner of the company. She is focused on bringing Chicagoland IT professionals together to share knowledge and encourage growth in the Chicagoland IT community. She also encourages children and teenagers to take part in various aspects of Information Technology and Computer Science and promotes the development of other forms of creative skills. Sally currently lives in Highland Park, IL and enjoys spending time with her husband, James, and two sons, Chance and Dresden. Phillip Bue, Business Development Manager Phillip Bue’s background in Information Technology (IT) consists of a combination of marketing and recruiting skills that began in 1995. He is an active member of Chicago’s IT community and provides both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies with solutions in solving their IT staffing and project needs with top-notch technical talent ranging from technical support to developers & analysts to directors, VPs and CIOs. Phillip joined Palace Gate in 2007 as Business Development & Recruiting Manager. He focuses on building strong business and professional relationships then bringing them to fruition with a win/win philosophy. Phillip grew up in Chicago and currently lives in Chicago’s NW Suburbs. He enjoys spending time building, playing guitar, writing and recording music.
Melinda Robinson, Program Director
In addition to Melinda’s recruiting and program management responsibilities at Palace Gate, she facilitates the company's implementation and maintenance of operational systems. Melinda currently resides in Evanston, Illinois. She enjoys matching talented IT professionals with great opportunities; in her free time she enjoys literature, renovating old homes to their former glory, Tai Chi and weight resistance training. Kristen grew up in the Chicago area and currently resides in Skokie, Illinois. She enjoys spending time with her husband, three children – Angel, Brandon and Joshua – and the rest of her family and friends. |
Sally’s background in Information Technology (IT) consists of a combination of marketing and recruiting skills that began in 1997. She is an active member of Chicago’s IT community and provides both small businesses and Fortune 50 companies with top-notch technical talent ranging from developers to senior executives. 
Melinda has an extensive background in business process analysis, project management and the implementation and support of publishing and enterprise systems. She has more than 20 years of experience working with both technical and management level professionals. 
Kristen Osberg joined the Palace Gate team in 2009 as its accounting, human resources and office manager. She is responsible for all tasks related to accounts payable, payroll and contractual agreements. She also maintains office operations to ensure that all operational tasks and processes are running smoothly on a daily basis. Kristen loves working with people, and is very excited to have the opportunity to grow and further develop her skills with Palace Gate.
